Mr. Miller joined C.F. Bird and R.J. Bull, Inc. in 1990 as an instrument operator. Since becoming a registered surveyor in 2000, he has assumed the role of office surveyor. In 2006, he was named an Associate with the firm. His responsibilities include preparation of legal descriptions for properties, easements and right-of-ways, preparation of plats, compilation of field data into electronic format, coordination of intra-office surveying tasks, and coordination of field crew task assignments.
