Mr. Wicker joined Bird+Bull in 1964 as a survey technician. He is now the Chief Surveyor for the firm. Mr. Wicker was previously a field inspector with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers working on dam projects along the Ohio River. He performs field boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, GPS surveys and alignment surveys.
