Mr. Coghlan began his professional career with Bird+Bull upon graduation in 1994. He has managed and designed a variety of water and wastewater projects during his employment with Bird+Bull. He has also been involved with numerous utility and street projects. During college, Mr. Coghlan was employed in the field surveying department with Bird+Bull along with leading the firm's Municipal Department he is also the IT Manager.
