Mr. Bray began his professional career in June 1974, accepting a position upon graduation as a Project Engineer with R.D. Zande & Associates, Inc. During his four years with the firm his major design emphasis was in residential development, particularly single-family subdivisions. In June 1978, he joined Bird+Bull as a Project Engineer responsible for private development projects. Mr. Bray received his professional registration in 1978, and was elected to the position of Associate in 1980. He was elected a Principal of the firm in 1997. He has extensive experience in private development and municipal street and utility improvements. Mr. Bray has expertise in conceptual planning, commercial, office, residential, medical and institutional developments. As a principal of the firm, Mr. Bray directs the private development efforts of the company, overseeing project design, scheduling, client contact and quality control.
